Crown Donates 160 Tickets During Month of the Military Child
For Immediate Release
Fayetteville, NC– (April 26, 2018) In an effort to show appreciation for our community and families during the Month of the Military Child, the Crown Complex donated more than 160 tickets to “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live! King for a Day on April 28 at the Crown Theatre.
The Crown Complex donated more the tickets during story time at Fort Bragg’s Throckmorton Library and the on-post USO. Tickets were also donated to local families at the Cumberland County Main Branch Library. More than 35 families received the tickets.
“Service members and their families stationed at Fort Bragg and Pope Army AirField make many sacrifices throughout the year, and this is just a small way of showing our appreciation for all they do for our country,” said James Grafstrom, General Manager of the Crown Complex. “We thought this would be a great way to support our young families and our library systems as we appreciate the work they do to enrich our community and our children’s lives.”
The families will be treated to “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live! King for a Day”, a live version of the PBS show for preschool-aged children “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood” to the Crown this Saturday, April 28 at 2 pm. It is based off of the iconic children’s show “Mister Roger’s Neighborhood.”
