Public Meeting Notice


Fayetteville, N.C. (February 26, 2020) – Spectra Venue Management, the company that manages the Crown Complex on behalf of Cumberland County, selected the project team from Conventions, Sports, and Leisure International (CSL), Public Participation Partners (P3), and Steinberg Hart Architects to conduct a market analysis and feasibility study for a new facility to replace the Crown Theatre and Crown Arena in Cumberland County, N.C.

As part of the study that is being conducted to determine the need for a new facility, CSL is requesting public assistance in determining the right type, size, and location of such a facility.

The project team will host four public meetings, two each on March 9th and March 10th to discuss the study and get your feedback on a new facility and the types of events that you would like to see. These meetings will allow you to learn more about the study, voice your opinions, and ask questions. Each meeting will include a formal presentation that will promptly begin at 6:00pm.

Please attend one of the four public sessions that is most convenient for you:

  • Session 1:            Pine Forest HS                   March 9, 2020                   6:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Session 2:            Seventy-First HS              March 9, 2020                   6:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Session 3:            EE Smith HS                        March 10, 2020                 6:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Session 4:            Crown Theatre                  March 10, 2020                 6:00pm – 8:00pm
