This Form is for current Cape Fear Valley Employees to secure tickets to Crown Complex ev
ents and deduct the cost from the employee's paycheck.
Payroll Deduction Ticket Availability
*Tickets will be emailed to the address provided on this form. You are responsible for printing or
displaying your tickets on a smartphone to enter an event. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed.
*You may pick any upcoming check to deduct from, but it must be before the event date.

Tickets purchased using Payroll Deduction will be emailed to the address provided on this form. You are responsible for printing or displaying your tickets on a smartphone to enter an event.
The entire order amount will be deducted from one paycheck.
