How can I purchase tickets to an event at the Crown Complex?

We have five venues within the Complex of diverse size and format to fit the needs of your event.

What are the video and camera policies for the Crown Complex?

Non-professional (under 200 mm without a detachable lens) cameras are permitted in the arena for most Crown Complex events, as long as no flash is used. Professional photography is prohibited unless arranged in advance with the Marketing Department for the use of a media outlet. Video cameras are usually prohibited, unless prearranged before the event. If you have a digital camera, the same zoom restrictions apply (under 200mm without a detachable lens). If your digital camera has any video recording capabilities and there is a no video recording policy at the event, your camera will not be permitted in the building. The same policy applies to digital video cameras that can take still photos. In no instance may photography interfere with access ways, seats, aisles or other guests’ enjoyment of the event. For some shows, even cell phone photos and video may be prohibited by show promoter's policies. Please check the specific event information on our website in advance to check the policy, call us, email us or check the policy signs when entering the building.

Can I re-enter the venue?

No. Once a patron leaves a Crown Complex facility during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless another ticket is purchased.

Does the Crown Complex offer catering for my special event?

Yes. Our exclusive, in-house caterer, OVG Food Services & Hospitality, can provide a menu that is customized to fit the exact needs of your event. Catered functions at the Crown Complex can be arranged by contacting your event manager at 910.438.4100.

When do doors open?

The doors generally open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled game/event time. This may vary, depending on the event. Guests are encouraged to come early to avoid delays.

If our group plans to attend an event together, can we get a group discount?

Yes! Group discounts are offered for the majority of our ticketed events by contacting our Group Sales Coordinator at 910.438.4111.

Does the Crown Complex offer military discounts?

Yes. Military discounts are offered for the majority of our ticketed events at the discretion of the tour with the presentation of a valid military ID at the box office.

Is there an ATM located within the Crown Complex?

Yes, there are a variety of ATMs located in each venue within the Complex.

Can I smoke at the Crown Complex

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, inside Crown facilities is strictly prohibited, however designated outdoor smoking areas are provided at each of the venues within the complex.

Is alcohol available inside the Crown Complex?

During most events, alcohol will be sold at the concession stands as well as in the suites and at the Bud Light Friends of the Crown  Lounge.

Does the Crown Complex have luxury suites?

The Crown Complex has ten (10) luxury suites located in the Coliseum. They provide the local corporate community, as well as private parties the opportunity to enjoy events in a more private and upscale environment. Suites are available for individual event rentals as well as annual leasing.

Clear Bag Policy

While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the bags that are permitted:

  1. Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" -- A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
  2. One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  3. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" -- approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
  4. Medically necessary items (after proper inspection and tagging)

Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:

  1. Purses larger than a clutch bag
  2. Briefcases
  3. Backpacks
  4. Fanny packs
  5. Cinch/Drawstring bags
  6. Luggage of any kind
  7. Computer bags
  8. Diaper bags
  9. Binocular cases
  10. Camera bags
