Parking is FREE at the Crown Complex.

Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your ticket is mobile.

Before you arrive:

• Add your ticket to your phone's Mobile Wallet.

• If possible, each person should have their own ticket on their phone.

• Have your ticket open and ready before you reach the entrance.

There will be no ticket exchanges, refunds or upgrades available at the event.

Once you scan your ticket and enter the building, re-entry will not be allowed. 

We recommend leaving bags at home when possible.

• Small clutch: Up to 4.5" x 6.5"

• Medical items: Allowed after inspection

Diapers and baby supplies may be carried in an approved clear bag. Each family member, including children, may carry one approved bag.

Keep it simple: bring your phone, not your professional camera.

Standard point-and-shoot cameras with no detachable lens may be allowed.

• Tripods

• Camera lights or microphones

Camera rules may change at the request of the tour or show.

If your camera is not allowed, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle.

The Crown Complex is a smoke- and tobacco-free facility.

Smoking and tobacco use are not allowed inside the building or within 25 feet of an entrance.

There are no designated smoking areas outside the venue.
