What to Know Before You Go to Disney on Ice at the Crown Coliseum
We are SO excited to welcome you to the Crown Complex for Disney Presents: Magic in the Stars!
With so many people heading to the Coliseum to enjoy the show, please plan to arrive with enough time to park and check out all of the awesome Disney souvenirs.
Doors for the show will open one hour before show time:
Thursday - 7 PM (doors open at 6 PM)
Friday - 10:30 AM (doors open at 9:30 AM)
7 PM (doors open at 6 PM)
Saturday - 10:30 AM (doors open at 9:30 AM)
2:30 PM (doors open at 1:30 PM)
6:30 PM (doors open at 5:30 PM)
Sunday - 10:30 AM (doors open at 9:30 AM)
2:30 PM (doors open at 1:30 PM)
6:30 PM (doors open at 5:30 PM)
VIP/Character Experience
Guests who have purchased tickets for Family Fun Featuring Elsa and Mirabel will be admitted to the Coliseum when doors open and directed to the Crown Ballroom for their Character Experience. For ease of access to this portion of your experience, please park and enter at WEST VIP. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. Adults & children (2+) must have a ticket to Disney on Ice AND the Character Experience ticket.

Crown Complex
Please note that our clear bag policy is in effect. Diaper bags and baby supplies are allowed, however these bags will need to be searched upon entry to the event if they are not clear.

Tickets: All children two years and older must have a ticket. Children under two years old are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
You will need to have your digital ticket ready BEFORE you arrive at the Crown Complex for the show.
Media Use Policy: By attending an event at our facilities, you consent to the use of your image, voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in any and all media and you release the Crown Complex from any liability of any nature.
