Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 10 am – 6 pm 
  • Saturday: 10 am – 4 pm
  • Sunday: Closed unless there is an event
  • For normal business hours, the box office in use is located at the main entrance of the Coliseum, located on the North side, just off of Owen Drive.

Closing time may vary based on whether there is a scheduled, ticketed event.

Will Call Instructions

In order to pick up tickets, please bring with you a goverment issued ID matching the name on the account, credit card used to purchase the tickets, and a confirmation number if availalbe. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the account. Your ID must have a first and last name to pick up tickets at Will Call. 

Lost Tickets

Online: If you lost or deleted your print at home tickets you can log back into your online account and reissue your tickets. 

Bought at Box Office: Please call the Box Office and we can look up your account and void out the lost tickets. We will reprint your tickets and leave them at Will Call to be picked up the day of the show. 

Phone Room: Please Call 888-257-6208 and a representative will resolve the situation. 

Refunds/Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. Upgrades are available for certain shows. You can log into your online account or come to the Box Office with any upgrade requests.  

Cancelled or Postponed Events

In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Crown Complex website. We will also send an email to the database of purchasers for that event. 

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. 

Tickets purchased with a credit card will be refunded to the original card used to purchase the tickets automatically. You do not need to go back to the original point of purchase. 

Age Requirements

Children two and over must have a ticket to most of our events. In case an event is different, information will be posted on the event page. If you have any questions please call the Box Office at 910-824-4100.

Ticket Transfer

If you wish to transfer tickets to an individual you may do this online through your Account Manager. When you log in you will see a Transfer My Tickets option on the right hand side of your account.

The Crown Complex Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash.
