This Form is for current Cape Fear Valley Employees to secure tickets to Crown Complex events and deduct the cost from the employee's paycheck.

Payroll Deduction Ticket Availability

​*Tickets will be emailed to the address provided on this form. You are responsible for printing or displaying your tickets on a smartphone to enter an event. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed.

Tickets purchased using Payroll Deduction will be ​emailed to the address provided on this form. You are responsible for printing or displaying your tickets on a smartphone to enter an event.

The entire order amount will be deducted from one paycheck.

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed. If you have not received your tickets via email after seven days, please contact us using the information below.
